We process what you enter in the contact form on the basis of your consent, given at the moment you submit it, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries that come to the practice. Both grounds apply to a single message; neither is used to build a profile of you.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Write to us through the contact page and say plainly that you want your message and reply removed from our records. We will confirm the deletion in writing within the same channel. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that already happened lawfully before you asked.

Technical records are handled on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the website available, secure, and free of automated abuse. They are not linked to your name or email address.

Every message sent through the contact form is read and answered by a person at the practice. We keep the thread so a second reply does not start from scratch and so nothing you already explained is asked twice.

To keep the site running

Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as it takes to answer the enquiry and any follow-up you send in the same thread. After that, they are deleted or folded into an internal archive only where a legal obligation requires it.

No. The reply only needs an email address that reaches you. A first name is enough for us to address you properly; some people write in with initials. What we ask for is honest contact details, not a full identity.

Is my question used in articles or examples?
